This easy BLT wrap recipe is a quick and tasty lunch to enjoy at home, at the office or on the go. Here’s how to make it!

With work, life and kids home for the summer, who has time to make lunch? Sneaking in a sandwich or bite to eat during the mid-day can often be tough when you’re playing taxi service, taking care of clients for work and sneaking errands and housework in-between.

We’ve had crazy summer here at Two Kids and a Coupon, and between work, travel, camp, the kids summer activities and regular sleepovers with friends, sometimes it’s hard to be able to eat on a schedule.

On busy days, one of my go-to’s is often wraps. We love using tortillas for tacos and burritos, and they make a mighty fine sandwich too. If you’re fan of BLT’s, today I’m going to share how to make a bacon, lettuce, and tomato wrap.

As an added bonus, when you choose low carb or keto tortillas, this recipe is keto-friendly.

BLT Wrap


Here’s what you need to make this easy wrap sandwich


  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 burrito size tortilla
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • ½ c shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp diced tomatoes


Place the bacon down in the air fryer basket.

How to Make Bacon in the Air Fryer


For this recipe we cooked bacon in the air fryer. You can cook your bacon however you like, just make sure you drain any grease.


If you’ve never made bacon in the air fryer, it’s super easy! All you need to do is place a couple pieces of bacon in the basket and air fry at 350° for 12 minutes.

While your bacon is cooking, go ahead and build your tortilla for your BLT wrap. To start, add a layer of mayo if so desired.


If mayo isn’t your thing, add your favorite spreads. This wrap can also be personalized further and you can add turkey, chicken, cheese or whatever else you enjoy.

Other tasty toppings include avocado, sprouts, fried egg, or whatever tastes good. It can be different every time and every time it is delicious!

After you add your spread, you will want to sprinkle on your shredded lettuce.

Place the bacon on your BLT wrap.

Sprinkle on your diced tomatoes.

Wrap your BLT tight, ensuring to grab the sides and tuck in. Slice if so desired.
