On the days when I’m craving something healthy for breakfast, this Raspberry Banana Smoothie Bowl is an absolute staple. It’s light, refreshing and the dark chocolate shavings kinda make me feel like I’m eating dessert (‘cause y’all know that I not-so-secretly like cake for breakfast). It's packed with nutrients without leaving you feeling bloated and heavy (unlike said cake option referred to prior). Ingredients

  • 2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
  • Garnish: fresh raspberries, shaved coconut, shaved dark chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, mint
Instructions

In a blender, puree raspberries, banana, hemp hearts, flaxseed, and coconut milk.
Divide evenly into two bowls.
Garnish with raspberries, coconut, chocolate, hazelnuts and mint.
Serve and enjoy!
