Immune Boost Smoothie

This dairy-free Immune Boost Smoothie is packed full of nutrients, protein, healthy fats and carbs to fuel your day. This delicious smoothie is meant as a meal replacement or after a hefty workout to replenish and restore. It provides immune boosting nutrients as vitamin C, E, and A and lots of potassium along with antioxidants. Avocado, kiwi, banana and carrot juice are all included in this tasty smoothie, along with raw honey, ginger, gut healthy dairy-free yogurt and anti-inflammatory turmeric. Ingredients:
- 1 medium avocado, peel off and chopped
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 medium banana, chopped and frozen
- 1/4 cup dairy-free coconut yogurt alternative
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp ginger paste
- 1-2 drop vitamin E oil
- 1/2 tsp organic turmeric
- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup organic pure carrot juice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 4-5 large ice cubes
Add ingredients, in order, to a smoothie cup and blend using smoothie setting.
Alternatively, add all ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times, then blend on high for at least one minute, or until smooth.
Pour into serving glass and enjoy immediately.
