Instructions for Pink Grapefruit Smoothie

Measure all your ingredients and dump them in the blender. Blend until smooth and pour it into a 16 oz cup. It’s that easy!

Ingredients


  • Pink or Ruby Red grapefruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions


Toss the ingredients into a blender ( I like the Ninja brand ) and blend until smooth.
You may find a whole grapefruit is too sour for your taste buds so add half first and do a taste test to see if it needs more. This grapefruit smoothie tastes best cold so make sure the strawberries are frozen and the OJ is chilled

Tips

  • Add other fruits to change up the flavor!

    I love my pink grapefruit! It helps get rid of my acid stomach at first bite. Counter-intuitive but true. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. As much as I love pink grapefruit & smoothies I never thought to combine them. I can't wait to try this tomorrow for breakfast!
