White Wine Peach Sangria

This twist on a classic sangria has a lighter feel but packs in all the fruit flavor you expect from Sangria.
Combine peaches, applies and citrus with white wine for a crisp and delicious cold cocktail. Make a batch to serve at your next get together.
The main ingredients for this recipe are a dry white wine, the fruit will add the sweetness. You'll also want to add a white or silver run and some peach schnapps.
For fruit gather some poachers, strawberries, apples and oranges.
Use a tall pitcher to hold your sangria. Pouring the liquid ingredients over the fruit and letting it chill will combine all the flavors beautifully.
When serving this drink, scoop a few pieces of fruit into each glass them pour the sangria over it. Top with club soda and an orange garnish.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle sauvignon blanc wine
- 3/4 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 Strawberries, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced with rind on
- Club soda
Instructions
- In a tall pitcher add the sliced fruit. Over this pour the wine, peach schnapps and rum. Stir to combine. Refrigerate 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
- To serve, scoop a few pieces of fruit from the pitcher into a glass. Pour sangria over the fruit filling the glass 3/4 full.
- Top each glass with club soda to add a little bubbly to your drink.
Tips
- If a fruit is not in season, try frozen! Frozen peaches and berries work great in sangria.
