Making chai concentrate

Chai concentrate is a concentrated form of chai tea that is typically used to make chai lattes or other chai-based beverages. It is made by brewing a strong, flavorful black tea infused with a blend of spices. The concentrate is sweetened with sugar or other sweeteners.

Chai concentrate is easily available in several grocery stores and specialty tea shops. But making the concentrate at home is very easy and more budget-friendly. Unlike the store-bought ones, it can be customized to your personal preference by changing the spices and controlling the amount of sugar. I am using my homemade chai concentrate in this recipe; however, you can replace it with Tazo chai concentrate.

Food pairing with chai martini

Desserts: Enhance the chai flavors of the martini by pairing it with desserts like tiramisu, chocolate mousse, gingerbread, or cardamom-infused cakes.

Cheese and fruit platter: This drink pairs very with a selection of mild to medium cheeses such as Brie, Gouda, or Cheddar. Pair them with dried fruits like figs, apricots, or dates. The contrasting textures and flavors of the cheeses, fruits, and chai martini complement each other beautifully, offering a balance of richness and refreshment.
