Mango Lemonade Mocktail

It is summer and I am all here for all the iced drink! I love having refreshing, fruity mocktails made with in-season fruits. The combination of mango and lemon screams summer. This is so easy to make since there is absolutely no shaking or extra cooking steps required. It's also fantastic as there are no added sugars (making this a healthy summer drink to enjoy without guilt). Need I say, that this drink is absolutely beautiful with its vibrant summery color?   • 1 fresh Mango
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1/3 lemon, quartered
  • 1 cup club soda
  • Lemon for garnish

Muddle lemon pieces in your glass or pitcher.
Blend mango and water in a small blender. A puree will form.
Add the mango puree to the lemonade and stir.
Fill the glass with ice. Top with club soda stir gently.
Garnish with lemon wheel.
