Skinny Noodles With Kale, Broccoli, Shiitake Mushroom
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Skinny Pasta Noodles washed and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 5-6 Kale leaves, coarsely chopped
- 150 gr. broccoli florets200 gr. shiitake mushroom slices
- 1/2 Chili pepper
- Green onions, sliced
- Sauce: Sichuan or alternatively: soy sauce, sweetener, salt (optional), pepper, chili flakes
Instructions
- Rinse Skinny Pasta under warm water and drain.
- Heat a wok with a little olive oil.
- Add the onion and saute for a minute.
- Add the remaining vegetables: broccoli, kale, mushrooms.
- Continue to saute for a few minutes.
- Add the Skinny Pasta and sichuan sauce, lightly stirring until the sauce is evenly distributed. Turn off the heat, and enjoy!
