- 12 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon each salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
- ¾ cup baby bella mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tablespoons chives, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray muffin tins with cooking spray

- 3. Crack one egg on top of each piece of bacon
