My family loves munching on fried peanuts. So today I tried a healthier version in my @gourmia Air fryer and I was so happy that no one could tell that I didn’t deep fry them🥰 Protein rich & packed with healthy fats, peanuts are a perfect filling snack anytime. Mahatma Gandhi once referred to peanuts as “poor man's almond” because of its affordability & healthy nutritional value.

Indian Masala/Spicy Peanuts in Air Fryer

- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder
- 1 cup raw red skinned peanuts
- salt to taste
Instructions
- 🥜Preheat an air fryer to 320F.
- 🥜Mix olive oil, chaat masala, and chili powder in the air fryer basket. Add peanuts and mix until all the peanuts are evenly coated.
- 🥜Cook peanuts in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
- 🥜Then stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
- 🥜Stir & cook peanuts for 3 additional minutes. Adjust salt & seasoning.
- 🥜Transfer the peanuts to a paper towel lined pan and let it fully cool.
- 🥜Store in a airtight container. Enjoy anytime😍
