Cheesecake Factory "Pasta Di Vinci"
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Tenderloins, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Cup of Dry White Wine
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/3 Cup Tomato Basil Sauce (I used Rao's)
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
- Dried Parsley
- Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1-1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
- Salt and Pepper generously
- Cooked Rigatoni Pasta
Instructions
- Add the olive oil into a skillet and cook chicken until browned and remove from skillet. Salt and pepper during this step.
- Add the butter to the skillet and add onions. Let soften for a few minutes and add sliced mushrooms.
- Add in the flour and stir the mixture.
- Pour in the white wine and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, chicken stock, and tomato basil sauce and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan to thicken the sauce and, finally, add in the chicken and pasta!

This sounds great but where does the garlic, red pepper flakes and parsley come into play??
What amount of pasta ?
