Ingredients


  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper

Instructions


Peel the cucumber and cut thick slices.
Using a spoon or scooper, make a little dip in the cucumber slices.
Mix the remainder of the ingredients in a bowl.
Add the chicken salad on top of the slices.
Top with a sprig of dill and enjoy!
