Air Fryer GF Broccoli Tots Recipe Your Family Will Love

I love tots, but I can't have the ones with gluten. So I made these delicious Broccoli tots that are super easy to make with FROZEN broccoli florets. Check it out and see.

Here are the ingredients, instead of using breadcrumbs, I used gluten-free stuffing and pulverized it in the food processor.

I added the gluten-free stuffing to the food processor. This is what it looked like after I was finished.

Then, I defrosted the frozen broccoli in the refrigerator. This took an hour or so. Then, I added the broccoli to the food processor and pulsed it until it turned into small pieces. I removed any excess water. There wasn't much. and set it aside.

I then transferred all the ingredients to a large bowl.

I sprayed my Baking sheet and rack with nonstick spray.

Then, I grabbed about a few tablespoons size mixture and squeezed it, and formed it into a tot. Not a lot of liquid came out. I continued on and made 40 pieces.

It looked like this on the rack before it went into the air fryer. When the tray is filled, place it into the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. I had to do a few batches in the air fryer.

They turned out pretty firm and delicious! I will be making them again.

Here is a close-up of what they looked like.

I wonder how long these would take in the oven to bake? I don’t have an air fryer.

Do you have a suggestion for an alternative to the gluten free stuffing and would fresh broccoli work?
