As we all know, croissant is a buttery, flaky, pastry and associated with France. Here I am giving a twist to it with amazing tempting bites with leftover boiled potatoes.

This is a quick snacks and to go recipe for a small get-together or just enjoy with tea/ coffee in the evening. If you don't want to use white potatoes, I would recommend sweet potatoes instead.

My hubby and I love such quick snacks and chill while watching TVicon When you try this, let me know how did you find it ?
