Christmas is a busy time of the year when it comes to entertaining. Easy Christmas treats are always a favorite in my books!

It’s also that time of the year when the oven goes into overtime, baking all those Christmas cookies.

So yes, no-bake Christmas treats are a big plus.

What if I told you I have an easy Christmas treat that is a no-bake Christmas treat and involves fruit?

I know!

This is a yell-it-from-the-rooftops worthy recipe.

Strawberry Christmas Trees!

Sounds elaborate and looks incredibly fancy but I promise, this is so easy to make!

How to make Strawberry Christmas Trees

You will need:

  • Strawberries
  • White chocolate
  • Coconut oil
  • Green gel food coloring (optional)
  • Star and assorted Christmas sprinkles
  • 1. Start by cutting off the tops of each strawberry. This will form the tree base.

    2. Once done, begin melting the white chocolate with just a dab of coconut oil. Not too much else the chocolate will start to taste coconutty!

    3. Add a small drop of green food gel coloring to the melted chocolate. I added just a dot as I wanted my trees to be a light green color.

You can also leave these white: snow-covered trees!

    4. Now dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate mixture and lay this quickly onto a tray lined with wax paper.

    5. Add a star sprinkle to the strawberry tip

and decorate “your tree” with sprinkles if so desired.

(Ensure this is done before the chocolate sets.)

    6. If your home is not too humid, you can leave the tray outside to set, else place the tray in the refrigerator to set.

    7. Once your trees are set, take each tree, dab a small bit of melted chocolate in the center of an OREO cookie, and carefully the strawberry tree on top of the cookie.

    8. Allow this to set (either outside or in the refrigerator.)

    How easy was that?
