Iced Caramel Apple Cider
I love Fall time for all the caramel apples and ciders. I decided for this recipe to combine the two into a drink for a Fall party. I tried it without the cream frothed and it wasn't the same so I definitely suggest doing that. There are some very inexpensive frothers on line. I started with some ice and then added in the local apple cider we had gotten from a cider mill. Poured a bit of that over the ice and added a half of a teaspoon of the sugar free caramel syrup. I stirred that and then added about a 1/8 of a cup of heavy cream and 1/4 of a teaspoon of the sugar free caramel syrup to that. Add it to a frother or use a hand one and froth until foamy and doubled in size. Add that to the cider mixture and top with some whipped cream and any caramel syrup you like. It makes it look very pretty and tastes amazing too. I used the spray on whipped cream but you could do homemade or from the carton at the store. This tastes so refreshing and just like a caramel apple with an addition of whipped cream. So delicious, let me know if you make it and like it.
I used the caramel syrup for coffees
You can use any frother
Looks so good!
Even better.
This is great for your Fall parties.
