Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 head of cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1-2 apples, sliced thin
  • ½-1 red onion, sliced thin
  • Dressing:
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp stevia (more if not sweet enough for you)
Instructions

Whisk all dressing ingredients together until well combined
In a large bowl, use a mandoline slicer or knife to slice cabbage, apple, and red onion into very thin strips
Toss dressing into the slow until well coated
Serve and enjoy!

    Will the apples brown in the salad not eaten immediately?

      The dressing helps prevent the apple from browning. But this recipe is intended to be used in one seating. It will not last long after a meal without starting to brown. Thanks!
