Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 head of cabbage, sliced thin
- 1-2 apples, sliced thin
- ½-1 red onion, sliced thin
- Dressing:
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp stevia (more if not sweet enough for you)
Instructions
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together until well combined
- In a large bowl, use a mandoline slicer or knife to slice cabbage, apple, and red onion into very thin strips
- Toss dressing into the slow until well coated
- Serve and enjoy!
