FOUR Bean Salad

This salad is REALLY delicious and only 3 points on Weight Watchers. It also cannot be any easier, basically just chop and throw in a bowl.
I used 4 different beans and it came out really colorful! You don't need to use all 4 if you have a preference to one or another or if you just don't have all 4 in your house and don't want to go to a store! I do recommend one of the beans used to be garbanzo.
I always wash canned beans since they have this white foam run off.
I put the washed beans in a large bowl.
Then I chopped some cilantro, bell peppers, jalapeno, and onion.
I threw it all in the bowl and squeezed an entire lime in.
Then I added some spices. You know my go toos are always garlic salt and onion powder! You will also need a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil and white vinegar
This salad is really so delicious and filling!
The jalapenos added a little kick but can be left out if you are not a fan of spice.
