I have a weakness for Strawberry Danish.
And while I love the Strawberry Danish recipe I shared a few years ago, it does take a little more time to put together.
When easy is a choice, I always go for easy!
This easy breakfast recipe is a total game-changer for those busy mornings when you want to serve a yum breakfast that does not involve cereal…
and have under 20 minutes to get everything together!
If you aren’t a fan of Strawberry Cheese Danish, feel free to swap out the preserves.
Try a Peach Danish or perhaps even a Mixed Berry Danish.
If you like a spicy kick, try this recipe with a Raspeberry Jalapeno jelly.

I made this for the first time, yesterday, on Christmas morning.
I’m so glad I doubled the batch because this was delicious and so easy to make.
All you need is 4 ingredients:
2 rolls-Crescent Rolls Dough
1/2 a brick of Cream Cheese-room temperature (4 oz)
1 heaped tsp – Confectioner’s Sugar
Strawberry Preserves- feel free to add a dab to each Danish or more.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, begin cutting 1/2 -3/4 inch circles from the dough.
You may serve this as an addition to your breakfast table, with a side of eggs or as is.

Ingredients
- 2 rolls-Crescent Rolls Dough
- 1/2 a brick of Cream Cheese-room temperature (4 oz)
- 1 heaped tsp – Confectioner’s Sugar
- Strawberry Preserves- feel free to add a dab to each Danish or more.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, begin cutting 1/2 -3/4 inch circles from the dough.
- Place each dough circle on an ungreased cookie sheet pan.
- In a bowl mix the confectioner’s sugar and cream cheese till well combined.
- Smear a layer of the cream cheese mix onto the top of each dough circle.
- Top this with a dab or more of strawberry preserves.
- Bake this in an oven for about 10 minutes, till the dough is golden brown.
- Enjoy!

We share the same love for strawberry! Another favorite is prune danish. And if you have left over ricotta cheese can be used in place of cream cheese. Waste not want not. Use everything up! Thanks for sharing!
