Open the roll of crescent dough.

Lay the dough out into a single layer, and

use a rolling pin to gently flatten and

compress the dough together.

Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife

cut the dough into 1/2 inch wide strips

Twist the dough strips.

Roll each strip until a rosette shape forms.

If you would like your danishes to be bigger

add more strips.

To make the cheese filling: 1 block of softened cream cheese,

1/4 c sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla. Blend well with a mixer

Top each danish (rosette) with a small amount of the

cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

While the danishes are baking make a glaze of powdered sugar,

milk and vanilla.

After the danishes have baked and cooled drizzle

with the glaze.
