Get me dat sweet and sour SAUUUCE! 🧆

A classic for those cold days (we hope they will be ending soon 🙏), Sweet and Sour Meatballs are the perfect meal to make extra for days of leftovers. The most simple sauce of ketchup and ginger ale combines in perfect harmony to form a tangy sauce that you'll end up putting on just about anything.

You can take this recipe one step further by adding some baked and shredded chicken thighs to the mix, making it that much more rich. Either way, you're gonna want to make a huge batch and freeze a bunch for the next time you have a cold.

Meatball mania is real - go make it!
