Combine those into one big ball, then pull off bite sized pieces and roll them into meatball shaped balls until you run out. You should be able to make about 60 if you use a cookie scoop to get uniform sizes (which you'll want to do so they cook evenly).
Cook and serve and that's that. You're done. It's super easy, which is the kind of recipe you need for a party.

Put corn muffin mix and ground sausage in a bowl and mix them together until they're combined.
You can use any flavor of sausage that you want. Mild will keep this milder, but you can do a hot sausage too. A pack of ground sausage is easiest, but if you can only find the sausage links in store, you can use those. Just cut off the casing and add the meat to the corn muffin mix. Don't add the casing.
Add in shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until the cheese is incorporated.
Use a cookie scoop to make uniform meatballs. Put them on a silicone baking mat-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
