We usually enjoy a smoked ham sometime during the holiday season. Inevitably we always have leftovers and one of my favorite ways to use those up is this yummy Breakfast Strata!

If you're not familiar with what a strata is, the simple description is a casserole made with bread.

This recipe is super easy to put together, and can even be made a day or two in advance. It is also VERY versatile, so you can switch up the ingredients based on what you have on hand.

This breakfast casserole is also the perfect comfort food and our family loves it for Sunday brunch!

If I Can I make a half-size in 8” square pan, then how long would it need to bake?

When I want to make a smaller casserole I lower the oven temperature to 325 and bake for around 55-60 minutes.

Sounds delish. Ingredients say cubed bread, preparation says bread crumbs. From the photos I’m guessing cubed bread not crumbs.
