Green Chili Pepper Jack Cheese Stuffed Burgers

2 Burgers

It is grilling season here at our home. When it is so hot and humid out I do not like running the stove or oven. So the grill it is!

We can get tired of the same plain burgers all the time. My granddaughter was over and we decided to try something different for a burger. She loves spice and I do a little. The amounts I give you for this recipe is not very spicy. You can definitely add more of the cheeses and chilis if you like it hot. I also show making it for two burgers so you will want to double or triple the recipe to allow for more people.

On a toasted bun with a fresh tomato and cilantro.

Here are some of the ingredients.

Adding in the chilis and seasonings first.

I cut the cheese up into small pieces so it combines with the burger well.

I mix everything together in a bowl before making the burgers.

The raw burgers stuffed with the cheese and chilis.

You can see the cheese melting inside the burger her. We knew it would be juicy then and it was.

I served it with Cilantro instead of lettuce. If you like Cilantro you will love this idea it added so much to it.

We toasted the buns and used garlic butter to do that also. Which gave it a wonderful little zip too. These really were a juicy and perfect chili burger.
