I am one of many people who really love seafood night or Saturday if you may, especially when cravings hit. It gives me the joy to put it out so you can make this as well in your very own home. Getting a bite of the shrimp, snow crab, corn, sausage, eggs, and potatoes getting soaked up with my special cajun buttery boom sauce it's to die for. Ingredients
Cajun lemon Pepper Butter
  • 6 sticks of Butter
  • 2 tbs Complete seasoning
  • 2 tbs onion powder
  • 2 tbs Garlic powder
  • 2 tbs lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp old bay
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tsp of minced garlic
Boil
  • 1 Lb Colossal shrimp
  • 1 Lb snow crab leg
  • 1 Lb smoked sausage
  • 4 corn cobs
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 red baby potatoes
  • 1 onion
Instructions
Butter Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat and saute the onion and garlic while adding all seasonings into the butter bringing it to a light boil then let simmer on low heat.
Seafood
Boil 6 cups of water in a large pot adding old bay seasoning, and onion placing snow crabs to boil for 12 minutes to cook before adding the smoked sausage and corn cobs to boil for 8 minutes.
Place small red potatoes to boil for 6 minutes until soft remove all potatoes before placing the eggs to boil for at least 5 minutes.
Lastly add shrimp to cook for 7 minutes .
When everything has cooked fully remove it from the pot of water.
Place the seafood in a cooking bag or large bowl and pour the cajun lemon pepper butter sauce over it. Now it's ready to serve
Tips
  • Clean and devein shrimp before adding into the boiling water
  • Cut up 1 onion for sauce
  • Place 1 whole onion into boiling water
