Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or a healthy afternoon snack. This Cupid Smoothie Bowl blends beautifully together for a pretty shade of pink, perfect for a Valentine’s or romantic breakfast.

  • 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes (pink pitaya)
  • 1/2 mango, chopped
  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon
  • 1 tsp Origine Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Origine Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4-5 large ice cubes

Optional garnish: shredded coconut, mango and strawberries cut into heart shapes.

Add all ingredients to a smoothie cup or blender and use smoothie function or pulse a few times, then blend on high for one minute or until smooth and creamy.

Transfer to a bowl and add garnishes, if desired.

Dig in and enjoy!
