Pizza With Blue Cheese and Figs

Everyone loves simple margarita, pizza with mushrooms or corn, but sometimes I do crave a little more exciting. You wouldn’t even think how easy it is to make a more gourmet, much fancier pizza at home. To make it seasonal, I also packed this pizza richly with figs as I love the mix of salty and sweet flavors. I’ve been using yeast pizza dough this time, but if you’re sensitive, you’ll already find a yeast-free pizza dough recipe on my site. And if you’re a little wary of matured cheese, feel free to simply use brie or camembert cheese. Or, if figs may not grow in your garden, use pears instead.
