These delicious bacon Gouda breakfast sandwiches are sure to be a hit with the whole family! You can serve them right away after assembling or you can bake them for a few minutes to get them nice and crispy. But what I typically do is use them as breakfast meal prep. I wrap them up in foil and freeze them in a ziploc bag! Then when I am ready to eat one in the morning, I take the foil off and either bake it, air fry it, or microwave it until it is heated through. However you decide to prepare it, you can’t go wrong!

  • You just made my day! I picked up a bunch of day old cibatta rolls but had no plan. And now I do and it's a holiday weekend. One thing I will do will be to toast the cibatta rolls lightly so they won't end up soggy when we reheat them in the microwave at work. Will serve with a sriracha aioli for those that want it. Thank You!
