  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 4 small apples (400 grams)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (I used cane sugar for more of a crunch)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder 
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup butter

Preheat the oven to 350F and line the ramekins or baking dish with the butter or coconut oil.
Wash, peel and chop up the apples into small chunks. Place in a large bowl.
Add in the 2 tbsp of brown sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix well.
Fill up the ramekins with this apple mixture.
In another bowl, mix together all remaining dry ingredients. Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and add to the mixture. Mix until crumbs form (do not over mix).
Add the crumble mixture on top of the apples and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
Top with vanilla ice cream if preferred
