Tahini & Tofu Noodles

Have you tried peanut noodles and want something new? This is it! While tahini has a similar texture to peanut butter, the taste is definitely different. Tahini sauce is used in a lot of middle Eastern cuisine, but it pairs so well with Asian flavours too. I like to mix it with sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic. Feel free to get creative and add your favorite flavors to it too.

Remember when using tahini, you need to thin it out using water. Specifically, ice cold water. Whisk it together really good and add water until you reach your desired consistency.
