Do you ever want to trick your child or even yourself into a healthy banana split for breakfast? Lol or do you just want your breakfast to look scrumptious? Yogurt is good and all but who doesn't like it dressed up?

I think the most important part is an oval plate for this.

I cut a I cubed some cantaloupe and cut a banana in half, then I put 3 spoons of yogurt on top. The cantaloupe keep everything from falling over. The melon and banana made a little pocket so the yogurt stayed in place.

Then I diced up some strawberries and blueberries on top. This can be a vegan dish if you use coconut yogurt instead or even a desert if you use frozen yogurt! But to keep it healthy for my purposes, I went with plain yogurt with no sugar added.

Finally, I added a little granola. I actually used some coconut clusters and also diced up a dried fig to add a little sweetness, but regular granola would do!

I just feel like this should be enjoyed outside on a nice fall/spring day!
