Dip chip, hooray! It's guacamole day! 🥑
Summer means guac on a patio, and everyone approves of a guac that has the right mix of flavours. We're a fan of lime, red onion, and cilantro to help make that creamy dip POP.
2 PRO TIPS:
1. If your avocados start to ripen and you don't want to use them just yet, put them in the fridge until you are ready to crack them open!
2. Soak your red onion in ice water for 5-10 minutes and drain before adding to a dip or salad to make things a little less oniony.
Mash it all up, mix it around, and get dipping!
