These delicious coconut truffles are so easy to make, and just four ingredients. Your friends and family are sure to love them-that is, of course, IF you are willing to share. Today, I’m going to show you How to Make Delicious Coconut Truffles. Come on, I’ll show you.
Don’t these truffles look amazing? They are so quick and easy to make. This would be a great recipe to make with the kids. They would have so much fun rolling the truffles. These truffles are the perfect Valentine’s Day treat or even an afternoon snack when the kids come home from school. These are even pretty enough to give as a gift to your Special Valentine.
You will need milk chocolate or dark chocolate, (depending on how sweet you like your chocolate)., Shredded coconut, Sweetened condensed milk and coconut oil. Unbelievable, right?
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. Chill for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Roll one tablespoon of coconut mixture in your hand, creating a ball. Place on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat,
Step 3: Melt a 12 oz. bag of chocolate and 1 T. of coconut oil. Dip truffle balls in melted chocolate and place on a parchment paper or silicone mat lined cookie sheet. When I made these, I put them on a cooling rack, thinking that the excess chocolate would drip down. Unfortunately, the chocolate dried onto the cooling rack and I had to cut the truffles off with a hot knife.
