I’m not sure where this perfect baked corn pudding originally came from. But for as long as I can remember, it’s my grandma who made it for me. And now that the recipe has been passed onto me, it’s my absolute pleasure to introduce you all to this classic pudding.


Baked corn pudding is a little old-fashioned, but I always prepare for every holiday dinner and family gathering. Honestly, none of my friends and family members have ever complained about eating this pudding at every holiday dinner. That’s because they enjoy eating it as much as I love preparing it.


One thing that makes my dish better than other baked corn pudding dishes floating on the internet is vanilla sugar. That’s right! I’ve added vanilla sugar to bring out the blast of sweet flavors, which takes this pudding to a whole new level.

Steps To Make Baked Corn Pudding


I don’t want you to mess up this simple pudding recipe. Thus, I have mentioned step-by-step instructions that you must follow correctly to get the flavors right.


Step One

For preparing this classic pudding, you will need 6 eggs. Break and combine the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add milk and melted butter. Combine till everything is mixed well.


After that, add granulated sugar, frozen corn, flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to the egg, milk, and butter batter. Mix everything properly, make sure no lumps are formed. Otherwise, the taste of your pudding will go down.

Step Two

After properly combining all the ingredients, transfer it to a baking casserole. But before adding the butter, grease the casserole with butter so the pudding doesn’t stick at the bottom while baking.

Make the pudding for about 30-35 minutes in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees. Before taking the pudding out, use a toothpick or fork to check whether it’s baked properly or not.
