The Sweetest & BEST Corn Pudding Recipe!

This corn pudding recipe was passed down to me from my mom. It seriously is the sweetest and best corn pudding recipe you will ever try! I used to beg her to make it when I was a kid. Now I try to avoid making it too much for myself so that I can still fit into my jeans. :) It's not calorie friendly - but it sure is taste bud friendly and will become a family favorite!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup soft butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup 8oz sour cream

1 package 8.5 oz corn muffin mix

1/2 cup milk

1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained

1 14.75 oz can creamed corn

Cream the butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each.

Add in and beat sour cream.

Gradually add the muffin mix, alternately with the milk.

Fold in both cans of corn.

Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm!
