Dates Jelly Dessert Bowl

2 Servings
1 hr 20 min

Do you love dates and their natural sweetness? This dessert champions this ingredient, making use of whole dates and date syrup, with no added sugars (depending on your date syrup).

It is also a bowl of different textures; from the cold jelly, to the chewy dates and the creamy, milk sauce.

The jelly can remain in the fridge for around three days, so if you make a batch of the jelly you can easily whip it out, cut a few cubes and prompty serve with the other ingredients in no time.

Also, if you wanted, you could add fresh chopped fruits alongside or instead of dates.
