This super delicious recipe only has three ingredients and makes a perfect gluten free sweet treat.

Fudge is the perfect sweet treat to eat and to give as a gift. This recipe is so easy and only takes about ten minutes to complete. Of course the fudge has to set in the fridge for a bit but during that time, think of all the fun things you can do knowing it will be so yummy in about four hours. I love that this fudge recipe is naturally gluten free.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Chips (12 Ounce Bag of Semi-Sweet)
  • 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Can Condensed Milk Sweetened(14 Ounces)
  • Chocolate Jimmies for Top (Optional)
Directions to Make 3 Ingredient Fudge with Chocolate and Peanut Butter

These directions use a microwave but if you don’t have one, don’t fret. You can always do the melting and mixing on a stovetop with a double boiler. Note that melting chocolate directly over heat in a single saucepan can easily burn it and ruin your recipe.

Start with a parchment covered baking dish measuring 8×8 inches. If you don’t have this size, any size works. The larger the spread of the ingredients, the thinner the pieces of fudge will be.

Parchment Paper – This is the BEST way to line baking pans and dishes. It is great for pouring melted candy t oo.

  • Mix the chocolate chips with half of the can of condensed milk. Microwave for 90 seconds then mix together.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the dish over the parchment paper and spread to edges. If it doesn’t reach the entire way, it is okay.
  • Mix the peanut butter with the other half of the condensed milk them microwave for one minute and stir together.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate and swirl the two layers together with the spoon.
  • Add any candy toppings or sprinkles and press in. This is totally optional!
  • Put in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Once it is chilled remove to cut into pieces. It should be easy to lift out by the parchment paper and placed onto a cutting surface.
How to Cut Fudge

Cut into small pieces with a sharp knife, one piece at a time

If you plan to cut it all into pieces to share as gifts or serve to guests, cut it row by row.
