Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the peanut butter and sugar.
Fold in the coconut flour and chocolate chips.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Tips
  • You can sub coconut sugar for any other sugar
  • You can use walnuts, any nuts, etc!

    The recipe lacks a step. After mixing the ingredients, how does one shape the cookies?

      They never answered you? did you roll them then flatten that looks like I I would do. Did you make them are they good ?
