I wanted something different to add to our brunch board that actually incorporated Alouette Spreadable Cheese. Since I love using refrigerated dough as a shortcut ingredient, I figured these Cream Cheese Stuffed Biscuit Bites would be the perfect addition to my Mother’s Day Brunch Board.

How to Make Cream Cheese Stuffed Biscuit Bites


  1. Preheat oven and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut biscuits in half and add Alouette Spreadable Cheese.
  3. Fold biscuit halves over filling to form a ball and place them right side up in the muffin tin.
  4. Brush with egg wash.
  5. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown & enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Alouette Garlic and Herb Cheese Spread
  • 16.3 ounces Biscuits refrigerated, butter flavor
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon egg wash
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375℉ (190 degrees C).
Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick baking spray.
Cut each biscuit in half.
Place a teaspoon of filling in each biscuit half. Wrap over the edges to form a closed ball. Place the closed ball side down into the greased muffin tin so that the smooth top is upright.
Brush each biscuit with egg wash.
Sprinkle a little everything bagel seasoning over each biscuit.
Bake for 12-15 minutes minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Serve warm.
