How to make healthy strawberry chia seed popsicles. These are perfect for breakfast pops or eat as a snack or dessert.

These pops are vegan. They use chia seeds to thicken them instead of using yogurt. I used coconut milk for the base and honey to sweeten, so they are naturally sugar free. Shhh! Don't tell your kids that these are healthy! Be sure to click over to my f rozen strawberry chia seed popsicles post for more information on the ingredients.

You can use your favorite fruit to make chia seed pops. If you use other berries or fruit, you may not need to add any additional sugar.

I like these silicone popsicle molds. I like using my own wood sticks because my kids constantly lose them!

This sounds good but I'm confused. Do you cook this for four hours?

Sounds good. The four hour cook time is freezing time.
