Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberry jam (and add strawberries to the top)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, matcha powder, milk, maple syrup and vanilla.
Stir until they are well incorporated.
Let the mixture sit for around 5-10 minutes. This will make the pudding stiffer.
After the pudding is done setting, mix slightly and pour into a container.
Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or overnight for best results.
In separate serving cups, add 2 tbsp of strawberry jam. Add around 5-6 tbsp of the chia seed pudding on top. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped strawberries.
