Easy No Churn Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Recipe

Ever wished you could make ice cream without an ice cream maker?
No churn ice cream is a hot dessert trend and it’s a simple and quick way to make ice cream at home without a machine.
With only a couple of ingredients and a few minutes of prep time, all you need to do is measure, mix and freeze and a few hours later enjoy a delicious treat.
- Hand or Stand Mixer
- Bread Pan
- 5 min
- 6-8 hours
- 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 vanilla beans (or 6 teaspoons of vanilla bean paste)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
If you can’t find vanilla beans (or they are too expensive) you can use vanilla bean paste. You can find this at Amazon, Walmart or Michael’s.
Instructions:Add heavy cream to a large bowl
Mix the cream on high until fluffy. This will take about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. You will also want to slice the vanilla beans and scrape out the beans or add in the vanilla bean paste.
Mix well until well blended and no streaks of color remains.
Place the mixture into a bread pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Enjoy your ice cream plain or with sprinkles or another topping.
You can also add chocolate sauce or your favorite fruit topping.
