Vanilla Bean No Churn Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 vanilla beans (or 6 teaspoons of vanilla bean paste)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

If you can’t find vanilla beans (or they are too expensive) you can use vanilla bean paste. You can find this at Amazon, Walmart or Michael’s.

Instructions:
Add Cream

Add heavy cream to a large bowl

Homemade No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Mix the cream on high until fluffy. This will take about 3 to 5 minutes.

Add Vanilla Bean No Churn Ice Cream Ingredients

Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. You will also want to slice the vanilla beans and scrape out the beans or add in the vanilla bean paste.

Add Cream to No Churn Ice Cream

Mix well until well blended and no streaks of color remains.

Place the mixture into a bread pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
