This white chocolate pretzels recipe is a super easy, and absolutely tasty treat that is perfect for the holidays! Make a whole batch so that you have some for home, and some to gift! Fill a box or cookie tin with your chocolate pretzels to gift to friends and neighbors this holiday season!

How Long Will chocolate covered pretzels last?

This is the most commonly asked questions, and rightfully so! You wouldn’t want to gift stale food. White chocolate covered pretzels will stay fresh for approximately 2 weeks, when stored in an airtight container. When I’m making pretzels for gifting, I always try to make them just a few days before, so that they are as fresh as can be. Some people may not eat them right away, so I like to guarantee maximum freshness.

Can I use almond bark for white chocolate?

Yes, you can use almond bark, and many people do since white chocolate can be hard to work with. I have found that they key to melting white chocolate is to use the double boiler melting method, without rushing. Patience is key to perfectly melted white chocolate!

How do you thin white chocolate for dipping?

If you did end up botching your white chocolate during the melting process, you can try to thin it out by adding a little fat like butter, oil or shortening to it. Start with just a tiny bit, and add to it as needed. I will warn you though, this method does not always work, so you’re better off following my first tip by using a double boiler, and melting your chocolate slowly.
