Learn how to make a white chocolate mocha iced coffee recipe. This is a Starbucks copycat recipe that is very easy to make at home with simple ingredients.

This is a two part recipe. First you'll make a white chocolate syrup or sauce and then make the drink. I recommend using white chocolate wafers for best results. White chocolate chips don't melt as well as the wafers.

You can make the white chocolate sauce sugar free, keto or dairy free You'll have to buy sugar free white chocolate chips to make it sugar free. There's more information in my blog post, so be sure to click over for more information.

This makes enough white chocolate sauce for about 6 white chocolate iced coffees. Store leftover syrup in the fridge.
