Goblin Goo Green Halloween Punch

I love this time of year when all the Halloween costumes, recipes, and party ideas come out. It’s so exciting to explore all the creepy, cute, and grotesque creations.

Around here, we like all of the above, but also easy and doable. This is a flexible punch recipe that is not terrifying for children. The gooey texture will make kids laugh and feel like they are drinking slime.

Of course, you can also add a little alcohol if you need a punch for an adult Halloween party. It’s very easy to tweak this drink to fit your needs.

This is a good Halloween punch option for people who are nervous about handling dry ice. There are a lot of cool-looking spooky punch recipes that call for dry ice, but if you are a worrier like me, you probably haven’t tried one yet! No gloves are required to make Goblin Goo.

Green Halloween Punch Ingredients

Here’s what you need to make this easy recipe. The measurements are in the recipe card below. Only two ingredients! (Water doesn’t count, right?)

• Green gelatin
• Lemon lime soda
• Boiling water
• Cold water

Step One

Get ready by clearing out some space in your refrigerator to fit a 9×12 baking pan.

Step Two

Make the gelatin by mixing it with boiling water. Stir for about 3 minutes or until it is completely dissolved. Add cold water and continue to stir for about two minutes or until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into a 9×13 pan and place it into the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step Three

Use a fork to “shred” or break apart the gelatin into small pieces.

Place it into a large pitcher or punch bowl.

Carefully pour the lemon lime soda over the gelatin pieces.

The drink will bubble and fizz, which makes for some fun goblin goo!

Step Four

Serve right away and enjoy.
