Mint Chocolate Bark

If you're trying to find an easy dessert for St. Patrick's Day, this mint chocolate candy bark is it.
It's green, which, of course, is associated with the holiday. And it has mint chocolate pieces sprinkled across the top. And mint is associated with the holiday too. But, this recipe is just a good dessert no matter what time of year. Especially at Christmas when everyone is thinking about mint and peppermint all the time.
As long as you don't bring up the words St. Patrick's Day or Christmas or winter, you can make this anytime and no one will associate it with a specific holiday.
