Back in Poland a week before Christmas my grandmother used to bake all sort of cookies. She usually made minimum 10 different kinds. Loved our Christmas holiday tradition. Unfortunately I dont have all those recipes but I am trying to make collection of our cookies. One of our favorite ones to bake of course after truffles are crinkle cookies. The ones I am going to share with you today are Red Velvet Crinkle Christmas cookie that you can bake in no time. We call them instant red velvet crinkle cookies

The only thing better than a big piece of red velvet cake is a red velvet cookie! These soft, chewy red velvet crinkle cookies are a fun spin on this iconic cake flavor.The fact that they’re rolled in sugar before being baked to perfection is just an added bonus. Let’s make super easy almost Instant Red Velvet Cookies

Ingredients to make Red Velvet Christmas Cookie

1 box of red velvet cake mix
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs

Let’s bake Christmas cookies

Ingredients are gathered and its time to go to work. Let’s make instant red velvet cookies

Cookie dough will be super thick but remember we are making cookies not a cake

We like to use teaspoon to keep our cookies size uniform . Scoop your dough and roll in the powder sugar

Coat crinkle cookie in the powdered sugar well and place them 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet

Bake them at 350 degrees for 8 minutes

Let them cool and enjoy !!
