Besitos de Coco con Chocolate
This is a recipe I make every year with my kids. They love the combination of the coconut and chocolate.
Growing up around my grandmother in Puerto Rico she made Besitos de Coco (Spanish Macaroons) with a cherry on top, oh my so delicious.
I decided to change it a little bit because my kids love chocolate, so I passed on the cherry and added dark chocolate.
It is delicious with only 6 ingredients and a quick and easy recipe.
