If you're looking for a SUPER easy dessert recipe that you can 'fancy' up or dress down however you like-these Caramelized Pears are for you! They have quickly become my go-to dessert recipe whenever I need to come up with something fast, yet still want to impress whomever I'm serving. The adult version of this recipe does call for brandy, but you could definitely substitute it for vanilla or even almond extract, which are both delicious! Serve this sipmly on your weekly rotation or fancy it up by serving in pretty dessert glasses! Either way your family and guests will love this simple yet packed with flavor dessert!
