Over the weekend I picked the last of my herbs from my mini herb garden. I washed and pat dried my herbs like I always do and went ahead and prepared these Herb Cheese Bites. This Easy Herb Cheese Bite Recipe is so simple anyone can put them together in just a matter of minutes. Basically, all you need is a little of this and a little of that and a lot of love for appetizers.
There are many different variations to this recipe. Most like to cover these cheese bites with Basil. But I am always looking to make something different. So, for this recipe, I coated cheese the bites with parsley and dill. I also added a couple of tablespoons of light cream cheese to bring down the intense taste of the goat cheese.

Interesting looking recipe. What are the light colored balls in the picture coated with?
Is there another cheese that could replace the goat cheese?
